Eileen O’Reilly’s office law in downtown Portland, and practices in the following counties: Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Marion, Yamhill and Columbia.
Eileen O’Reilly grew up in Omaha Nebraska. She attended The University of Nebraska for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Eileen earned her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.
During law school, she worked at the City of Salem, where she was Certified Law Student who prosecuted for the City of Salem. Additionally during law school she wrote law summaries as a Willamette Law Online Staff writer and was an editor for the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution and was involved in the Environmental Law group for students while attending school.
Although she is an experienced litigator, she believes in first trying to resolve any legal issue without litigation because it is less stressful for her clients.
Eileen is a member of the Oregon State Bar, does pro-bono work with the courts to represent children in litigation, is a member of Multnomah County Bar association, and PABA.
